We are currently recruiting for a Catering Supervisor to work in our three award-winning fish and chip shops!
Job Description
The role will entail assisting the manager across our three thriving high-quality fish and chip shops and working together to ensure the smooth running of the business. As a supervisor, you will have the responsibility for helping lead a large team of staff during the peak season, so the ability to remain focused while ensuring all staff are performing tasks in a professional and efficient manner is essential. This role will require you to encourage, motivate, train and inspire the team. This is a 'hands on' position, and the successful candidate will be required to work operationally as and when required to assist in a speedy and efficient service for our customers.
