About the Role
As a Cash Area Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests receive efficient, friendly service while helping to maintain a welcoming and well-presented environment.
- Your Responsibilities
- Serve refreshments to customers in the Cash/Over 18s Area.
- Supply change to customers on request.
- Deliver excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the area.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
- Help create a safe, enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
