We’re hiring a Fractional Head of Commercial & Growth. Some brands shout from day one. Others just build something people love and let that do the talking. This one’s the latter. A fast-growing, founder-led food brand that’s been steadily picking up shelves, awards, and fans is ready for its next chapter: scaling across the UK and Ireland.

We’re looking for a Fractional Head of Commercial & Growth, someone who knows what it takes to turn a great product and early wins into real, repeatable growth.

The Role

You’ll work directly with the founder to build out the commercial engine, shaping strategy, leading buyer conversations, and putting the systems in place that make growth stick. It’s part strategy, part hustle, and completely hands-on.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and grow retail relationships across the UK & Ireland.
  • Build and deliver a commercial roadmap that drives sustainable growth.
  • Oversee pricing, trade spend and promotional plans.
  • Make sure listings translate into sell-through.
  • Work with marketing to connect brand and sales.
  • Create the commercial structure, tools and reporting needed to scale.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience with FMCG / challenger food & drink brands.
  • Strong retail buyer network (UK ideally).
  • A track record of winning and growing accounts.
  • Strategic mindset, but happy to roll up your sleeves.
  • Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and commercially sharp.

Structure & Opportunity

  • Fractional role – 2–3 days per week to start.
  • Monthly retainer + performance bonus.
  • Equity potential with a clear vesting plan as the brand scales.
  • The chance to shape a high-growth, founder-led brand is already gaining serious momentum.

Why Now

The brand has the traction, listings, and customer love now; it needs the commercial leadership to match. If you’ve built challenger brands before, know how to open doors, and want to be part of something with real momentum behind it, we’d love to talk.
