Role
Cora is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our successful professional services delivery team. This is an opportunity to work within a high-performing team, using your own initiative to deliver the highest standard of service to clients and colleagues. You will be an excellent communicator and team player with a problem-solving aptitude, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and a commercially aware Project Manager who has managed software projects from initiation to closure.
Responsibilities
- Manage all services and delivery for our clients, coordinating internal resources and third parties/contractors to execute and deliver all approved work.
- Deliver all projects on time, within scope and within budget.
- Manage all projects within the Cora implementation framework.
- Develop project scopes and objectives with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation, and manage the team.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
- Apply appropriate controls to manage changes to scope, schedule and cost.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as required.
- Manage and foster relationships with clients and all stakeholders, including executive and board-level audiences.
- Perform risk management to proactively minimise project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors.
- Enthusiasm for applying AI to improve delivery.
Qualifications & Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience delivering technology and transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector.
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring or administering an enterprise PPM (or comparable SaaS) platform.
- Hands-on experience delivering digital and organisational transformation initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager.
- Commercial awareness, including a track record of delivering within budget constraints and making pragmatic cost/scope trade-offs.
- Excellent client-facing, internal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organisational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
- Direct experience with Cora PPM, or experience as a client/product owner of a PPM platform, is a significant advantage.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or an equivalent project or management qualification is desirable.
- Ability and willingness to travel to and work at customer sites.
- English: Fluent.
- Ability and willingness to obtain UK security clearance (as some client engagements may require it).
