This role is firmly rooted in proactive candidate sourcing to be insight-led and people-centric and is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact during an exciting period of growth and transformation.
As a Resourcing Advisor, you'll deliver end-to-end recruitment across a varied portfolio of clinical & support function roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand demand and deliver effective attraction and selection strategies. This 6-month fixed-term role has been created to support increased recruitment activity and business growth, with a strong focus on pace, quality, and candidate experience.
Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing:
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment from briefing to offer, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers
- Create compelling, inclusive job adverts and attraction campaigns
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, talent pooling, and social media
- Partner with hiring managers to design effective selection processes and interviews
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback
- Use recruitment data and KPIs (e.g. time-to-hire, pipeline health) to support decision-making
- Support Talent Acquisition projects aligned to growth, workforce planning, and employer brand
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment lifecycle
We're looking for a proactive and delivery-focused Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys working at pace and building strong relationships. You'll ideally bring:
- Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Confidence managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities
- A passion for candidate experience and inclusive recruitment
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Experience using an ATS and working with recruitment data
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience recruiting in healthcare, clinical, or regulated environments
- Experience supporting recruitment during periods of growth or change
