Salary: £24,800 + Benefits

Location: Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hrs (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm)

Hybrid: 50% remote after probation

Start Date: 22nd June 2026

Interviews: starting 21st May 2026

About the Role

Be the first voice patients hear at Cora Health. As a Patient Care Advisor, you’ll handle calls and emails, book appointments, and guide patients with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions through their care journey. No healthcare experience needed—just great customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
