To deliver clinical expertise in Sport and Exercise Medicine (SEM) and Musculoskeletal (MSK) Medicine in the MSK Service.

To provide Consultant Leadership in the service.

Delivery of SEM-relevant clinical services in line with clinical, information governance standards and reporting requirements for Cora Health.

To work with the Service Clinical Lead on ensuring all clinical services are developed and delivered in line with Cora 10/10 clinical guidelines, clinical governance requirements and national standards as defined by relevant medical bodies.

To ensure the appropriate policies and procedures are practiced within MSK services to comply with internal and external standards, and where appropriate any legislative and statutory requirements.

To contribute to a positive image and culture within Cora Health MSK services and nationally, visible to both internal and external stakeholders.

To contribute positively to Business Development opportunities in Wolverhampton.

To work with Cora Health's wider SEM Consultant team to develop the SEM role in the organisation including potentially Health and Wellbeing innovations as well as MSK clinical practice.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and forward-thinking Consultant in Sport and Exercise Medicine (SEM) to join our new Integrated Care System (ICS)-wide Musculoskeletal and Pain Service across Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of integrated musculoskeletal care within an innovative and evolving service.

As a senior clinical leader, you will combine expert clinical practice with leadership, education and service development, helping to deliver outstanding patient care while influencing the future direction of MSK and Pain services across the ICS.

Working within a highly skilled multidisciplinary team alongside Advanced Practice Physiotherapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and other MSK specialists, you will provide expert assessment and management of complex musculoskeletal presentations.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting clinical decision-making, developing innovative models of care and delivering evidence-based practice that improves patient outcomes, enhances patient experience and reduces unwarranted variation across the system.

This role offers the opportunity to practise the full breadth of modern Sport and Exercise Medicine, combining advanced clinical assessment, diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound, image-guided interventions, education, clinical leadership and service development within an integrated community-based service.
