We are looking for an experienced Senior Musculoskeletal (MSK) Clinician (Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Rehab Therapist, Sports Therapist) who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and has the desire to grow and develop within an established team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of MSK needs.
  • Formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes.
  • Ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge of patients.
  • Manage a varied caseload of MSK patients.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and dynamic image and culture within the organisation.
  • Foster productive relationships with local stakeholder groups, charities, GPs and other potentially productive links.
  • Commit to continuous professional development (CPD) and develop the service.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Current valid registration with the relevant professional body (HCPC).
  • Experience as a Senior MSK Clinician (Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Rehab Therapist, Sports Therapist).
  • A strong track record of commitment to providing excellent, personalised care and communicating effectively with patients.
  • Understanding of the impact of MSK pain in the wider community and how collaborative working across the local system enables prevention and addresses health inequalities.
  • Ability to work as an autonomous practitioner within scope of practice and deliver a quality clinical service meeting the clinical and operational needs of the MSK service with senior support as required.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to reflect and encourage core value behaviours at all times.
