Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Estates and Property team, including managing SharePoint databases and records.
- Maintain accurate property, asset, lease, survey, and compliance documentation.
- Support property searches, contract mobilisations, and the delivery of new premises.
- Act as a point of contact for estates-related queries from staff, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Process purchase quotes, purchase orders, and orders with suppliers in line with company policy.
- Oversee delivery schedules, chase overdue orders, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Manage inventory, pick/pack orders when required, and process virtual credit card requests.
- Provide first-line support for the Purchasing & Estates service desk and monitor relevant inboxes.
- Identify cost savings, consolidate purchases, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
