We are growing, and we want you to grow with us! We are looking for a special kind of candidate to join our Patient Care Centre at Cora Health, where we care deeply about what we do and the impact we have on our patients. Our Patient Care Advisors are at the heart of our operations, and our success is built on individuals who are committed to delivering excellence for our patients and communicating in a clear, concise, warm, and friendly way.

Patient Care Advisors are the first point of contact for our patients and the voice of Cora Health, handling patient queries and appointment booking requirements via phone and email, following our processes and procedures whilst bringing your personality and self to the role and demonstrating our core values.

Could you be the first voice a patient hears? Are you caring, committed, and driven to provide a first-class service? Then we would love to hear from you. This role is based in our Hull RMC. The great news is to start a brilliant career at Cora Health as a Patient Care Advisor, no healthcare experience is required. We are looking for individuals who have a background in customer service and some contact centre and call handling experience too.

Patient Care Advisors are an invaluable part of the Cora Health service. The service helps people who are accessing our services, guiding patients through options for their care and providing support for those who need assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. We want to make a person’s care as straightforward as possible, by providing one point of contact as close to their home as we can.

Cora is a leading provider of community healthcare services in the UK. We deliver MSK (musculoskeletal) services, diagnostic imaging, day-case surgery, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, podiatry, persistent pain management, mental health, orthopaedic and rheumatology services. We want everyone to have the opportunity to thrive. We help people help themselves, to get back to their best or to simply find a new way forward.

We start with a can-do attitude: We love a challenge, and approach everything with a positive mindset; we’re problem solvers who are constantly innovating and striving to find better ways of doing things.

We act with empathy: Trust is at the heart of healthcare. And trust starts by listening and acting with respect and consideration - for our patients, our partners and our people.

We’re committed to better: It’s hard work, but we love what we do. There’s no room for a half-hearted approach to healthcare - it requires dedication, and that’s what everyone here has.

All successful applications will complete a full in-depth induction with ongoing support to ensure you become a brilliant patient care advisor. We will continue to provide opportunities for you to learn, develop and grow in the role and beyond with Cora Health by providing learning workshops, training and development, access to our learning academy and plenty of internal progression opportunities.
