Current valid registration with your relevant professional body (HCPC). A keen and enthusiastic clinician with a track record of commitment to providing excellent, personalised care and communicating effectively with patients. An understanding of the impact of MSK pain in the wider community and how collaborative working across the local system enables prevention and addresses health inequalities. Ability to work as an autonomous practitioner, within scope of practice and deliver a quality clinical service meeting the clinical and operational needs of the MSK service with senior support as required. To contribute to the development of, and promote a positive and dynamic image and culture to both internal and external stakeholders. Main duties of the job: An Advanced MSK Clinician is the bread and butter of our organisation and covers all our frontline Musculoskeletal clinicians in the multidisciplinary team from Physiotherapists and Osteopaths. The role of an Advanced MSK Clinician is fundamentally about the consistent delivery of quality clinical management of musculoskeletal conditions for the patients presenting to the intermediate care service, who at times may be complex. You will be integral to providing that front line care and support to patients suffering from musculoskeletal conditions. You'll have the opportunity to grow and develop as part of our multidisciplinary workforce, enabling you to deliver high quality patient outcomes as part of a team and business with a track record of excellence. In this role you'll have dedicated admin time to help you manage a varied and often challenging MSK caseload of patients in a variety of clinical scenarios.
