You'll be a decision maker and be able to make effective decisions and recommendations to your stakeholders based on data presented to you. You'll have brilliant people skills and be able to communicate and engage in an effective manner and be able to choose the correct channels to broadcast high priority messages. With proven coaching skills you will be able to demonstrate your ability to grow a team to succession through feedback, development and encouragement.

Main duties of the job: We're excited to be recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Patient Care Coordination centre (PCC). We're looking for someone who is motivational, inspiring and organised with strong proven leadership skills, wanting to take the next step. Your focus will be to deliver and grow with implemented continuous improvements with your team and PCC, looking for solutions to mitigate any risk to the delivery of service. Along with strong leadership and communication skills to build relationships within the team and other stakeholders.

You should have a high level of being able to analyse complex information and get involved in the detail, whilst having a strategic approach to all that you do, championing change where necessary.

Person Specification: Qualifications: Relevant management or leadership qualification, or equivalent leadership experience. Experience: Formal leadership or operational management training.
