Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Estates and Property team, including managing SharePoint databases and records.
  • Maintain accurate property, asset, lease, survey, and compliance documentation.
  • Support property searches, contract mobilisations, and the delivery of new premises.
  • Act as a point of contact for estates‑related queries from staff, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Process purchase quotes, purchase orders, and orders with suppliers in line with company policy.
  • Oversee delivery schedules, chase overdue orders, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage inventory, pick/pack orders when required, and process virtual credit card requests.
  • Provide first‑line support for the Purchasing & Estates service desk and monitor relevant inboxes.
  • Identify cost savings, consolidate purchases, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.

Qualifications

  • Business Central 365 system
  • Experience in healthcare previously in a similar role
