Responsibilities
You will be positive, constructive and approachable, and manage a varied caseload of MSK patients. You will have the ability to work under pressure and be committed to CPD. You should have the desire to facilitate improvement in yourself and the service. You will have excellent and confident communication skills with both patients and colleagues alike. You may have experience of working within the NHS, Public or Private Sector, bringing transferrable skills to Cora. You will carry out tasks with fairness and integrity at all times; along with being well organised, conscientious and capable of working collaboratively with the team. The majority of clinical diaries, patient notes and patient support resources are administered electronically and as such you'll have good IT skills and be willing to embrace innovation and technological advances that improve service delivery.
Open to Physiotherapists, Sports Therapists, Osteopaths and Chiropractors, the BLMK service is looking for a well‑organised Senior MSK Clinician who values delivering high quality clinical care for people with musculoskeletal conditions. You'll undertake comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of MSK needs, formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge are achieved. We are dedicated to delivering the highest level of patient care, in the most efficient and cost‑effective way, with re‑investment to ensure services are sustainable. We are committed to a multi‑professional workforce based on competency and welcome applications from Physiotherapists, Sports Therapists, Osteopaths and Chiropractors. If you're able to manage a varied caseload of MSK patients, committed to CPD and have the desire to develop yourself and the service, with a keen eye on improving patient care, then we'd be keen to hear from you.
