Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth running of clinics
  • Assist in the care and comfort of patients
  • Assist Sonographers during examinations
  • Ensure the clinical room is prepared before sessions
  • Use patient information systems (Soliton/PACS)
  • Monitor and ensure sufficient stock levels are consistently maintained in a designated clinic
  • Order supplies when required
  • Maintain a patient‑centred and quality‑focused approach to all aspects of work
  • Ensure patients have access to a chaperone at all times
  • Uphold Healthshare's professional standards policy
  • Uphold data protection and patient confidentiality at all times

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Flexible in approach to work
  • Ability to be tactful and diplomatic
  • Good organisational skills
  • Previous experience within a healthcare environment is desirable

Job responsibilities
