To assess, diagnose, plan and implement therapy programmes from a clinical options for an individual caseload. To participate in the discharge planning process. To plan and organise activity with appropriate time scheduling in order to complete all clinical and administrative duties including statistical record keeping. To be responsible for the correct and safe use of the physical environment including equipment and to be responsible for the allocation of these resources.
Main duties of the job:
If you are an MSK Physiotherapist currently working at band 5 and you are seeking a role where you will be assessing and treating a varied caseload of patients and delivering MSK clinics within the community, you might be exactly who we're looking for! The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills as well as an in-depth understanding of MSK Physiotherapy. They must have a flexible, adaptable and innovative approach to work and be able to proactively deliver results.
The right candidate will be a HCPC and CSP registered Physiotherapist with a BSc in Physiotherapy. You will be expected to maintain your own electronic patient records (SystmOne), actively participate in clinical teaching and in-service training sessions, deliver a high standard of patient-centred clinical care, possess a friendly and approachable attitude and apply outstanding team-working, communication and organisational skills to your daily practice.
