We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and motivate our front‑of‑house team at Cora Health. This pivotal role focuses on delivering an effective, efficient, and high‑quality service, ensuring the smooth daily running of the clinic while upholding the highest standards of patient care and exceptional customer service to patients, consultants, clinical teams, and colleagues. The successful candidate will drive team performance, maintain robust processes and safety protocols, and demonstrate strong initiative and multitasking abilities across a wide range of specialist duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce a rota covering the full opening hours of the clinic 7 days a week for Front of House and Diagnostic Health Care Assistants, ensuring rollout 3 months in advance.
  • Arrange cover for absences and holidays as required.
  • Train the front‑of‑house team in daily processes, policies and tasks, including opening and closing building procedures.
  • Train Health Care Assistants in processes, procedures and IPC requirements to maintain the highest level of care.
  • Monitor consumables and liaise with procurement for restocking.
  • Monitor housekeeping requirements and coordinate with housekeeping staff to address duties.
  • Be fully competent in using Soliton, System One, IEP and Patient Portal.
  • Ensure work meets the highest standard and complies with Key Performance Indicators from the underpinning contract.
  • Ensure accurate patient data entry and report any concerns to the team.
  • Support clinic management in coordinating clinic objectives.
  • Monitor email accounts and respond to referrals and queries appropriately.
  • Ensure daily diagnostic clinical utilisation is fulfilled.
  • Plan capacity with line manager and liaise with RMC to meet requirements.
