The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Assess patients' requirements, in relation to their goals. Plan, manage and review functional and psychological restoration for individuals and groups. Review care plans at timely intervals and communicate effectively with the patient's GP, advising on ongoing and flare up management plans agreed with the patient. Provide safe, effective and dignified care according to best practice and national guidelines. To provide advice and treatments to individual patients within best practice and national guidelines.
Main duties of the job include:
- Working a hybrid working pattern facilitating face to face clinics in a number of sites in the area.
- Conducting Pain Management Programmes both face to face and online.
- Providing pain education.
- Joining a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, psychologists and consultants.
- Delivering quality clinical care for patients with chronic pain.
- Formulating, delivering, reviewing and progressing individual treatment programmes.
