About the Person You’ll Support:
- She loves going for shopping (loves a bit of retail therapy).
- Visiting petting zoos, dog, and cat cafes.
- Going for food, watching films (especially horror films), or simply chatting and going for walks.
- Trying out new hobbies and discovering safe, welcoming spaces in the community.
About the Role:
You’ll work in the community, starting with shorter support sessions. Activities might include:
- Going for coffee or shopping.
- Attending creative workshops or horse visits.
- Watching horror films, or just chatting.
- Exploring new hobbies and safe spaces in the community.

Position: We are currently recruiting female support workers to support a young woman as she begins her journey out of hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to build a small, consistent team around someone who is ready to take her next steps in her life and wants the right people beside her as she does.
Full time working 37 hours. Minimum flexibility is advantageous.
Requirements About You: We’re looking for women who:
- Have mental health experience, particularly around trauma or self-harm.
- Are naturally warm, calm, and emotionally resilient.
- Can maintain boundaries while supporting independence.
- Believe in the power of listening, patience, and creativity.
