We're looking for a Supervisor to join our team at Coqfighter Kings Cross.

You'll be confident working independently, happy to use your initiative, and equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves and working alongside the rest of the team.

You don't need to have all the answers.

We're far more interested in someone who is humble, curious and keen to learn than someone who thinks they know everything.

The role

As Supervisor, you'll be one of the people helping to keep the restaurant running smoothly day to day.

• Lead by example on the floor and help create a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
• Support the team through busy services and make sure everyone is working together.
• Deliver friendly, genuine hospitality and encourage the same from the team.
• Use your initiative to solve problems and keep things moving without needing constant direction.
• Support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
• Help train and develop team members, sharing your knowledge and learning from others.
• Make sure our standards for service, cleanliness, food safety and health & safety are always maintained.
• Handle guest feedback with care and professionalism.
• Be a calm, dependable presence during busy shifts.
