About the Role: As the key point of reference for Group Talent & Learning processes at the Regional level, you will be responsible for implementing and managing both Group and local initiatives across Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Learning. You will ensure full alignment with Group guidelines while effectively adapting these initiatives to local needs. You will manage a team across different sites and will report professionally to the Area International Talent Manager and managerially to the Region P&O.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: You will deploy the Group’s guidelines and digital tools related to Employer Branding, social media channels, University partnerships, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding. You will develop the Employer Branding strategy and the media plan at local level in alignment with the Group and will be fully accountable of the execution of the Talent Acquisition process from end to end. You will monitor and measure the effectiveness of these processes through KPIs and dashboards, ensuring results meet Ferrero Group standards, while managing related costs and budgets.
  • Talent Management: You will implement Talent Management processes and programs in line with the Group’s guidelines while adapting them to local needs. Specifically, you will ensure the effective execution of the People Development Framework by supporting talent reviews and succession planning, overseeing the rollout of the Competency Model across functions, managing the Performance Evaluation cycle, and coordinating all Talent activities related to the employee lifecycle. You will track KPIs and dashboards to monitor process effectiveness and ensure outcomes meet Ferrero Group standards.
  • Learning Implementation: You will implement the Company-wide Learning Offer at the Regional level, overseeing the delivery, quality, and impact of learning initiatives. You will manage the full learning cycle—needs analysis, design, delivery oversight, and measurement—and oversee the regional learning portfolio, working with external vendors when needed while ensuring alignment with business priorities. You will monitor KPIs, track learning outcomes, and assess program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement, while managing associated costs and budgets.

About You: At least 10 years’ experience in Talent and Learning or People Business Partnering roles in a regional or HQ environment. Collaborative and comfortable working in a matrix and multicultural environment. Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholders’ management skills. Pragmatic, solution-oriented and able to lead projects effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of SuccessFactors Talent modules and familiarity with People Analytics dashboards are an advantage. Fluent in English.
