About the Role: As a Quality Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring our production environment consistently meets Ferrero’s high standards for quality, food safety, and compliance. You will be responsible for monitoring processes, identifying risks, and supporting continuous improvement across the site. Working closely with production and quality teams, you will help ensure products meet specification while maintaining a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

Main Responsibilities: In this role, on a day-to-day basis, you’ll:

  • Conduct quality checks across hygiene, GMP, allergen controls, and CCPs
  • Monitor audit schedules and ensure compliance with standards
  • Verify product quality (recipes, batching, labelling, traceability)
  • Identify and resolve quality and food safety issues on the line
  • Carry out product inspections and sampling in line with Group standards
  • Manage non-conforming and quarantined products
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Work with production teams to maintain and improve quality performance
  • Provide clear daily reporting and handovers

About You: You will have experience working within a food manufacturing or quality environment, with a strong understanding of GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards. You will be detail-focused and highly organised, with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving. Strong communication skills are essential, enabling you to work effectively with production teams, alongside a continuous improvement mindset to drive quality standards forward.
