About the Role: At Ferrero, we are transforming how our brands connect with shoppers in the digital space, and this role sits at the heart of that journey. As eCommerce Media & Content Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of retailer search and digital campaigns across both omnichannel and pureplay environments. Acting as a key bridge between Marketing and Sales, you will ensure that brand ambition and commercial priorities are fully aligned, translating strategy into high-impact eCommerce execution. Working closely with Media, Brand Marketing, Shopper and Sales teams, alongside agency partners, you will shape and deliver campaigns that drive visibility, engagement and conversion. You will take ownership of performance and investment across digital channels, managing budgets effectively to maximise return on ad spend while continuously optimising results. This is a highly collaborative role where you will influence multiple stakeholders, bring together data and creativity, and play a key part in accelerating Ferrero’s eCommerce growth.

Main Responsibilities: You will lead the development and execution of eCommerce media campaigns, managing agency and customer briefs to ensure strong alignment with Ferrero’s priorities and delivering against key KPIs. Acting as a key link between Marketing and Sales, you will ensure brand and commercial objectives are fully aligned, while managing budgets and optimising spend to drive strong return on investment and the most effective channel mix across all digital platforms. A key part of the role will be owning performance marketing, including KPI tracking, reporting, analysis and insight generation across platforms such as Amazon AMS, Criteo and Citrus. You will use post-campaign evaluations and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, continuously improving future plans and embedding a test-and-learn approach. In addition, you will play a central role in shaping digital best practice, working with global teams and the wider eCommerce function to ensure consistency with Ferrero standards. You will also support the delivery of a best-in-class digital shelf experience, collaborating with agencies and internal teams to enhance content quality, visibility and overall performance across key customers.

About You: You will bring strong experience in digital performance marketing, ideally within an FMCG or fast-paced commercial environment, with a proven ability to manage campaigns across eCommerce platforms. You are confident working with data, able to translate insights into clear actions, and comfortable managing budgets and driving measurable performance outcomes. You have experience working with agencies and third-party partners, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to align stakeholders and bring clarity to complex digital strategies. You are naturally proactive, detail-oriented and commercially minded, with a passion for continuous improvement and staying ahead of digital trends. Experience with platforms such as Amazon AMS, Criteo or similar tools would be advantageous, alongside a strong interest in how content and media work together to create an outstanding online shopper experience.
