The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 £ per year.

You will be responsible for selling CCC’s products and services to new publisher prospects and existing clients. The role owns the end-to-end sales cycle for new business in the publisher market and includes prospecting, negotiating, and closing sales to a broad range of assigned publisher accounts. Collaborating with colleagues cross-functionally, you will facilitate client engagement, build relationships and serve as the voice of the customer in a diverse and challenging market. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think about both short- and long-term strategic vision.

What you will be doing:

  • Owning end-to-end sales cycle for new business in the publisher market, developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Understanding and articulating CCC’s value proposition(s) in context of the prospect’s objectives, goals and needs.
  • Leading negotiations, coordinating complex decision-making processes, and overcoming objections to capture new business opportunities.
  • Managing and closing sales solutions through accurate forecasting, account and opportunity planning, account resource allocation and opportunity management.
  • Submitting accurate and timely forecasts that are aligned with assigned sales quotas.
  • Preparing and delivering persuasive internal and client facing presentations while coordinating, as needed, internal resources to close contracts.
  • Learning and maintaining in-depth knowledge of CCC products and associated technologies.
  • Developing and maintaining competitive knowledge on industries and products to leverage in the sales cycle.
  • Guiding product marketing strategy and execution to support sales targets.
  • Supporting marketing related events, seminars, mailings, and call campaigns to increase brand awareness and presence in the market.
  • Attending relevant industry tradeshows, prospect, and customer meetings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven B2B solution selling/sales experience.
  • Knowledge of the publishing industry/market and a proven record of accomplishment in successfully prospecting, negotiating, and closing complex sales.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals and quotas.
  • Curious personality with excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and manage own activities to reach stated goals while maintaining detailed records and forecasts.
  • A strong ability to work effectively with cross functional internal and external teams.
  • A high level of energy, self-motivation, and a passion for success are required.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com is helpful.
  • Knowledge of legal issues, including contracts, agreements and copyright preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
