- Copthorne Tara is seeking a
Doorman who will be responsible to create a welcoming, efficient, and secure environment for guests.
This role combines customer service, safety, and logistical responsibilities to enhance the overall guest experience.
The Doorman Key Responsibilities will include
- To be outside the hotel to greet and open doors for incoming and outgoing guests and clients in a friendly and courteous manner.
- To offer directions and information to guests and clients of the hotel.
- To hail taxis for guests and clients of the hotel as and when required.
- To open vehicle doors for guests and clients on arrival at the hotel.
- To take luggage out of taxis etc. for guests in a courteous manner.
The Experience & Qualifications for Doorman
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization.
- Confident individual who is adept in prioritising and managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to take the initiative and deal with unexpected situations and last minute changes.
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential data.
The successful candidate will be
