Join a team where precision meets performance. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to support the smooth running of our busy Maintenance Department. This is a key role at the heart of hotel operations, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordination, and is equally comfortable stepping in to support hands-on tasks when required.
As Maintenance Coordinator, you will be the central point of coordination between the engineering team, suppliers, and the wider hotel:
- Managing purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking
- Coordinating with external suppliers, negotiating best value and ensuring timely delivery
- Monitoring stock levels and overseeing maintenance materials and equipment
- Supporting the team with contractor control and compliance on site
- Liaising with departments to ensure defects and maintenance issues are resolved efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records including timekeeping, sickness, and utilities reporting
- Producing weekly cost and utility analysis reports
- Supporting the department with administration and communication
- Assisting the engineering team operationally when required, taking a hands-on approach to support the department
This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and high service standards across the hotel.
