We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor - Events & Outlets to support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences across our meetings, events, and restaurant operations. This operational role will work across both Meetings & Events and our hotel outlets including Green Stag and Bugis Kitchen, providing flexibility and leadership across the department.

You will play a key role in supervising service teams, ensuring smooth event delivery, and maintaining high standards of guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise service during meetings, conferences, and events
  • Support event setups and operational coordination
  • Assist with daily operations within Green Stag and Bugis Kitchen
  • Ensure service standards are consistently delivered
  • Support and guide the Food & Beverage team during service
  • Promote upselling opportunities and enhance guest experience
Requirements
  • Experience in Food & Beverage or Banqueting operations
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and guest service abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Flexibility to work across different areas of the department
