Copthorne Tara is seeking a Doorman who will be responsible for creating a welcoming, efficient, and secure environment for guests. This role combines customer service, safety, and logistical responsibilities to enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and open doors for incoming and outgoing guests and clients in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Offer directions and information to guests and clients of the hotel.
- Hail taxis for guests and clients of the hotel as and when required.
- Open vehicle doors for guests and clients on arrival at the hotel.
- Take luggage out of taxis etc. for guests in a courteous manner.
