Job Description

The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is seeking for a full-time Bartender to take ownership for the areas within responsibility and focusing on presentation standards, customer service excellence, revenue generation and profitability.

Key Information:
Role: Bartender
Experience: 6 months to 1 year
The successful candidate will beworking in a busy, fast paced environment and have a thirst for knowledge and learning while ensuring exceptional service standards are deliveredand always maintained in line with our guest expectations, and be a team player.
Your Key focus will be:
  • Welcoming customers at the bar area and asking what they need
  • To be responsible for taking food orders correctly and completely whilst being as informative as possible to the client.
  • To liaise with the F&B Services Manager regarding service and any other information of relevance.
  • To ensure station area is kept in a clean hygienic, tidy, neat state at all times and that mise-en-place is prepared as per standards of the F&B Department.
  • To prepare clients bills and receive payment as per standards of the department.
  • To ensure that all food and beverages prepared for service are of the expected quality and presentation as per standards set by the department.
