The Copthorne Hotel Slough - Windsor is looking for an experienced Meetings, Events & Groups Sales Manager to lead our dynamic Meetings & Events team. This key role focuses on creating a welcoming and safe environment for both guests and staff, while driving revenue growth and maintaining a professional standard in all interactions.

Your key responsibilities include:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Meetings and Events Sales team, including training, development planning, and coaching to ensure high performance.
- Oversee sales systems and processes, ensuring timely client follow-ups and effective conversion of business opportunities.
- Proactively target and secure new direct and agency business in alignment with the hotels sales strategy.
- Manage and develop existing corporate accounts, fostering strong relationships to maximize revenue.
- Conduct site inspections, client consultations, and stay informed on market trends, products, and competitor activities.
- Drive the conversion of Meetings and Events inquiries, supporting the in-house sales team with detailed hotel information, rates, and availability.
- Develop and implement the hotel sales plan to maximize revenue and profit from Meetings, Events, and Group sales.
- Actively pursue new MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business opportunities to grow market share.
- Arrange and conduct sales appointments with professional follow-up to nurture client relationships.
