Thank you for expressing an interest in the post of Teacher of Mathematics. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified classroom teacher who is keen to try new ideas and maintain high standards to make a significant contribution to the school. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated professional to teach Mathematics at Key Stage 3, 4 and 5. This post provides an excellent opportunity to work in a high-quality, well-resourced and supportive environment and be a part of a highly motivated team of teachers. Maths is a very popular subject at Copthall and the department achieves excellent GCSE and A Level results. The uptake for all disciplines within the Maths department are good at Key Stage 4, and they include the teaching of GCSE: Maths. At A Level, students are offered the choice to study A Level Maths. Academic excellence, inclusivity and strong pastoral care is what we are renowned for. We create a safe and nurturing space and we work in partnership with a range of organisations and companies to build our students\\\' confidence, broaden their experiences and develop their curious minds.
