We are seeking a motivated Graduate Surveyor to join our Valuation team, supporting loan security valuations for UK lenders across a broad range of asset classes.
About the RoleAs a Graduate Valuation Surveyor, you will work alongside Chartered Surveyors delivering Red Book–compliant valuation advice for secured lending purposes. You will gain structured exposure to inspections, analysis, modelling and reporting across commercial and residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing loan security valuations for new lending, refinances and periodic reviews
- Attend property inspections and support market evidence collection
- Undertake analysis and valuation modelling using advanced data platforms and AI-supported tools
- Contribute to drafting clear, lender-focused valuation reports with appropriate assumptions and risk commentary
- Support valuations across offices, industrial/logistics, retail, residential, mixed-use, development and healthcare assets
- Ensure compliance with RICS Red Book, lender instructions and internal QA procedures
- Maintain accurate digital audit trails suitable for lender panel review
- Develop professional communication skills when liaising with lenders, borrowers and property professionals
- RICS-accredited degree (or on track to complete)
- Intention to pursue MRICS qualification (Valuation pathway)
- Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
- High attention to detail and disciplined report writing
- Enthusiasm for technology and data-driven analysis
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Full UK driving licence
