As ourNight Receptionist, we need you to have experience in a similar environment so you can jump straight in. Able to work using your own initiative you will have exceptional customer service and organisational skills.

Your role includes everything from answering initial enquiries and check in of our guests, through to check out after their stay. You will be friendly, trustworthy and of smart appearance. You will take pride in looking after our hotel and guests throughout the night and ensuring the Reception and Aspen Lounge Bar areas are tidy and ready for the next day.

We are a very busy corporate hotel during the week, but the weekend is where it really takes off with parties, afternoon teas and weddings!

We have a fun inclusive environment in the hotel where you can show off your skills and add value to our team.

Ideally you will have experience with a hotel system such as Opera. We will provide you with on-going training & development. From on-line modules you can access at any time, to personalised plans to help you meet your aspirations.

You will be joining the Coppid Beech at an exciting time as we continue with our multi-million-pound refurbishment.
