We're looking for an experienced Finance Controller to join Coppice, a growing manufacturing business where finance plays a critical role in driving operational and commercial success.
This is more than a traditional reporting role. As a key member of the leadership team, you'll provide financial insight, strengthen controls, improve profitability, and help guide strategic decision-making across the business.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading monthly management accounts and board reporting
Driving budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
Managing cashflow, working capital and financial performance
Strengthening financial controls, governance and compliance
Supporting strategic business decisions through insightful analysis
Leading external audit and statutory reporting activities
Developing and mentoring members of the finance team
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
Acting as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders across the organisation
What We're Looking For
- ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in a Finance Controller, Financial Manager or similar senior finance role
- Manufacturing sector experience
- Strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting expertise
- Excellent analytical and commercial awareness
- Confident communicator who can influence and challenge stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate others
- Advanced Excel and systems capability
