As part of our growth plans, we have expanded our portfolio to include the manufacture of food-grade absorbency pads, flexible bag pouches and cake boards specifically designed for the food industry. Our commitment to quality and innovation drives our success, and we are looking for a dedicated Production Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the operations forwards. Job Description: As the Production Manager, you will oversee the entire production process, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of quality while meeting production targets and deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the production schedule to meet customer demands and delivery timelines. Oversee the production team, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of performance. Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards throughout the production process, especially for food-grade absorbency pads. Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve any production issues. Analyse production data and generate reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Maintain inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics in collaboration with procurement. Mentor and coach your direct reports and assist with training and development of the wider team to foster a skilled and motivated workforce.
