Coppice Group is seeking a Technical Lead - Innovation & Process Development to drive packaging innovation across Coppice, Sirane and PFF, delivering technically robust solutions from concept through to launch. You will lead feasibility assessments, translate customer requirements into manufacturable packaging, and steer multi-site projects with a focus on cost, quality, sustainability and continuous improvement.
