This role is only open to undergraduate students applying for a placement year as part of their undergraduate degree.
This role would ideally suit those who are interested by the variety and pace of consulting with a desire to take on more responsibility and experience greater client engagement than may be commonplace in a larger organisation.Given our data driven and tech-enabled approach, this role also suits candidates who are excited by the idea of working with large datasets and using code (primarily SQL).
We are looking for people who have demonstrable skills and experience in the following areas:
- Problem solving and insight, with the ability to bring structured thinking to complicated situations and translate data into practical recommendations.
- Analytical skills and technical experience 'beyond excel'. Experience with SQL, Python, or a visualisation tool (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) is a plus.
- A commercial mindset and an interest in business and marketing/sales.
- Clear written and verbal communication and strong relationship building.
- Committed team player – you want to have real impact with clients working at pace as part of a project team.
- Self-directed and proactive – you will have considerable responsibility from Day one.
We understand that early in your career you may not have specific experience against every single one of these boxes – don’t let that put you off, we are most interested in your ability and desire to learn.
The sort of people we’re looking for…
- Are capable and data-driven with a flexible thinking style.
- Want to add value for clients, more than creating a ‘pretty slide deck’.
- Suggest solutions after identifying problems.
- Are kind and contribute to creating a great working environment.
- Are eager to learn and willing to be wrong.
- Enjoy taking ownership and want to be part of building the business.
Application deadline:
Applications for the Analyst position (September 2027 start) will close by 11:59pm GMT 31st December 2026.
