Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to oversee day-to-day construction operations on luxury commercial projects. The successful candidate will take full ownership of site delivery, managing all aspects of programme, quality, safety, and subcontractor coordination. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a meticulous approach and a thorough understanding of the standards expected in high-end commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full on-site responsibility for the safe and efficient delivery of construction works in accordance with the contract programme and specification.
- Manage, coordinate, and supervise all subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers on site, ensuring works are carried out to the highest standards.
- Chair and minute regular subcontractor progress meetings, maintaining accurate records of all site activities, instructions, and variations.
