The CPD co-ordinator role is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing construction business operating in the luxury sector. Reporting directly to the Innovation Director, the CPD Co-ordinator will be responsible for:
- Utilising the current company CRM to book new CPD consultations with Architects in the London area. This process will involve making calls, sending emails and organising a robust follow-up system.
- Organise appointments and manage a diary system between architects and relevant Copperstone team members.
- Order lunch and drinks for meetings in advance.
- Record new client details in a newsletter.
- Issue CPD Certificates and follow-up notes.
- Post content to LinkedIn and other social media.
Copperstone Projects is a chartered building company, ISO 9001-accredited and Safecontractor-approved. Copperstone's clients include luxury brands, fashion houses, charities and family offices.
This role is 20 hours per week, and times and days are flexible. Pay is £15-£18 per hour on a consultancy or PAYE basis.
This role would suit a confident, outgoing individual who is comfortable communicating with busy, professional companies. Some knowledge of Architecture, Construction, and/or delivering CPD would be advantageous but not essential. Any experience in the luxury sector would be useful, but not essential. Own mobile and a laptop, preferably. Full training will be given. The role can be remote and based in the Surbiton office, with attendance at 1-3 events per quarter, networking, paid for by Copperstone.
