Full‑time position. Shift pattern 06:00‑14:00, 4 days on, 4 days off. Hours 7:00‑7:00. Pay: £12.21 per hour. Location: Dunfermline, KY11. Job reference: 25370MIT.

Coppersmith Recruitment is recruiting cleaning and waste operatives at a large warehouse on the outskirts of Dunfermline for one of the UK\’s largest retail companies. The role offers long‑term work and the possibility of becoming a permanent staff member after a 3‑month probation period.

Responsibilities

• Clean canteens, warehouse, machinery, and washrooms.
• Hoover and sweep warehouse/office areas.
• Manage waste disposal and basic sanitisation.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure it is kept in safe working order.
• React quickly to call‑outs from the client and comply with all Health & Safety legislation and policies.

Requirements

• Must be able to plan and commute to the site.
• Experience preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Own composite safety boots required.
• Cultural dress code: casual non‑uniform.
• Communicative English essential.
• Clean criminal background required.
• Hardworking, reliable, motivated, flexible and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to walk around a large warehouse.
