Coppersmith Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Car Sales Executive to join our client’s team in Harold Wood. This role is perfect for individuals with strong sales experience looking to transition into the automotive sector—no prior car sales experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored sales solutions.
  2. Maintain excellent product knowledge to confidently guide customers through their purchasing journey.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  4. Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  5. Manage inquiries and follow up with potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
  6. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through outstanding service.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a sales-driven environment, preferably in retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused industry.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  4. A proactive and customer-centric approach.
  5. A valid UK driving license is preferred.

Working Hours & Benefits:

  1. Saturdays required, with a designated mid-week day off.
  2. One Sunday shift per month, with a day off in lieu.
