The Role
As a Property Manager, you will take full ownership of a shared portfolio of residential rental properties, acting as the trusted main point of contact for both landlords and tenants. Your day-to-day will include:

- Legal & Compliance: Staying ahead of the curve on the latest rental legislation, managing statutory safety certifications, and ensuring total compliance across your portfolio.
- Possession & Notices: Confidently managing and serving Section 8 notices and handling possession processes in strict accordance with current laws.

- Tenancy Lifecycle: Managing lease renewals, tenant check-outs, deposit negotiations, and returns.
- Internal Reporting: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records and reporting directly to the Head of Property Management.

- Experience: Proven track record in residential property management (independent agency experience is a plus).
- Legal Up-to-Date Expertise: Robust, current knowledge of tenancy compliance, with hands-on experience specifically handling Section 8 notices in the post-Section 21 era.
