Our client is seeking a Legal PA to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to lawyers and legal teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office.
This role requires proficiency in digital dictation and experience with BigHand; Proclaim experience would be advantageous.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Digital Dictation: Proficiency in digital dictation systems, specifically BigHand.
- Secretarial Skills: Strong administrative and secretarial skills, with attention to detail.
- Legal Knowledge: Understanding of legal terminology and processes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organisation: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technology: Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software. Proclaim knowledge advantageous.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday. Our client offers a 3/2 alternative working from home pattern for staff after probation.
