What the Role Involves
As the first point of contact for the clinic, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients and visitors have a positive experience. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Greeting patients and visitors warmly upon arrival and managing the sign-in process.
- Answering incoming phone calls, handling general inquiries, and routing calls appropriately.
- Booking, canceling, and rescheduling appointments using the clinic's digital system.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and general administrative paperwork.
- Maintaining a tidy, welcoming, and professional reception area.
