The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of litigated and non-litigated RTA personal injury claims, including complex cases that have exited the portal.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fast track and lower-value multi-track RTA claims
- Handle cases from portal exit through to resolution
- Conduct liability and quantum assessments
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties
- Maintain accurate case records
