We’re proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client – a highly respected and well-established estate agency – in their search for an experienced and motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a lettings professional with a proven track record in residential lettings, who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is looking to further their career with a reputable brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Registering applicants and conducting property viewings in a professional, efficient manner
Managing and nurturing a pipeline of applicants, converting leads into successful tenancies
Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth and seamless lettings process
Negotiating tenancy terms and agreements with confidence and attention to detail
Collaborating with the Property Management team for effective post-let handovers
Consistently meeting and exceeding individual and team performance targets
Staying current with lettings legislation and ensuring full compliance
Mentoring and supporting junior team members as needed
Essential Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential lettings or property management
Proven ability in lettings negotiation, with a strong track record of closing deals
Background in a larger estate agency or multi-branch environment (preferred)
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive, target-driven, and confident in negotiations
Sound knowledge of current lettings legislation and best practices
