Coppersmith Recruitment and Services Inc. is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Personal Trainers to join our client\’s growing team across Bedfordshire. Our client is a leading provider of fitness and wellness services, committed to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized training programs and exceptional customer service.

Level 3 PT\’s required on a self employed basis. Floor Rent Charge £375.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to the individual needs and goals of clients.
Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions, ensuring clients perform exercises safely and effectively.
Monitor and track client progress, adjusting programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
Provide clients with guidance on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and injury prevention.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming training environment.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in fitness techniques and technologies.
Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere to encourage client retention and satisfaction.
Assist in promoting fitness programs and services to attract new clients.

Qualifications:

Certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized organization (e.g.,CIMSPA).
Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of various fitness techniques and exercises.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
Commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
