Job Description
Coppersmith Recruitment and Services Ltd is recruiting Warehouse Cleaners / Waste Operatives to join the cleaning and waste management team at a large warehouse facility in Coventry.
We have full-time day and night shift opportunities available for reliable, hardworking individuals.
This is a hands-on role where you will help maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting, sorting and disposing of waste throughout the warehouse.
- Supporting recycling and waste segregation processes.
- Cleaning warehouse floors, loading bays and operational areas.
- Emptying bins and maintaining designated waste disposal areas.
- Sweeping, mopping and carrying out general cleaning duties.
- Following site health and safety procedures.
- Supporting the wider cleaning team with daily housekeeping tasks.
Requirements
- Safety boots must be worn on site.
- Must be willing to complete a Basic DBS check.
- Clean criminal record required.
- Physically able to carry out cleaning and waste removal duties.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.
- Able to work the advertised shift pattern.
