IFS is seeking a Global Head of Installed Base to protect, optimize, and grow revenue from existing customers. You will establish strategic frameworks, governance, and programs enabling five regional teams to maximize lifetime value through renewals, license optimization, and recurring revenue growth. This senior leader will own the system and standards, aligning regions with global strategy while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Success to drive ARR and long-term.
