Temporary Receptionist Woking 15 per hour plus holiday pay | Temporary holiday cover | Onsite in Woking with free parking We are looking for a temporary receptionist preferably with business travel booking experience to provide holiday cover.
The main focus will be arranging UK and international travel, including flights, rail, hotels, taxis and car hire, alongside reception and general office support.
You will need previous travel coordination experience, reception and office administration experience, strong organisation skills and plenty of common sense.
Dates and hours Monday 17 August: 10.00am 4.00pm Training Tuesday 18 August: 10.00am 4.00pm Training Wednesday 19 August: 9.00am 5.00pm Thursday 20 August: 9.00am 5.00pm Friday 21 August: 9.00am 5.00pm Monday 24 August: 9.00am 5.00pm Tuesday 25 August: 9.00am 5.00pm Wednesday 26 August: 9.00am 5.00pm Applicants must be available for the full assignment.
